With the development of China's real estate market,facing the increasingly fierce competition and many challenges of the real estate market,a scientific and reasonable salary system is of great significance to the selection and retention of talents and the business development of enterprises.This paper introduces the background and significance of the design of salary system,and summarizes the research results and current situation of salary rigidity theory at home and abroad.This paper expounds the related concepts and theories of wage rigidity,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of enterprise salary strategy.Through in-depth enterprise field investigation,one-to-one discussion,questionnaire survey and other ways,we have grasped the status quo and salary composition of XS Company's salary system,and found that XS Company's salary system has problems such as insufficient elasticity,poor incentive effect and unreasonable salary structure.Combined with the market salary survey and the current situation of the enterprise,adopting the methods of KT problem analysis,comparative analysis and investigation,the design scheme of the staff salary system of the functional departments of XS Company is formulated.At the same time,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the staff compensation system in the functional departments of XS Company.The purpose of this paper is to make a salary system suitable for the employees of the functional management department of XS Company in the current stage by combing the theoretical research results of wage rigidity and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,so as to solve the problems of the decrease of the enthusiasm and efficiency of the employees of the functional department and the high turnover rate in recent years,Improve the scientificity and rationality of the staff compensation system of functional departments,and promote the growth of business performance.
