Feasibility Study On The Planning Scheme Of TS·BLC International Tourist Resort

With the increase of people’s discretionary income and the implementation of the paid vacation policy,China’s tourism consumption market has been maintaining a double-digit growth trend.This rapid growth has triggered a boom in investment and development of tourism projects across the country.In the process of development,operation and maintenance of more and more tourism projects,problems such as homogeneous construction,lack of project creative features,backward infrastructure and insufficient carrying capacity of tourists appear,which leads to the decline of the project soon after its opening and the closure of the project,resulting in a large amount of waste of resources.In view of this,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of systematic and scientific feasibility analysis before tourism project development.This paper adopts the research methods of literature review,expert interview and case analysis.According to the content of the feasibility study,combined with the feature of tourism project is different from industrial projects,the use of project management,marketing,financial management,risk analysis and other related professional knowledge,using the theory and practice,combining qualitative and quantitative way,to TS·BLC international tourism resort development project of many aspects,the feasibility of the multi-angle analysis and the project feasible conclusion.First of all,combined with the project overview,the actual situation of the project development environment,using SWOT analysis method,the development project market positioning analysis,evaluation of the project market growth space is good.Secondly,through investment estimation,capital raising,operating income estimation and total cost estimation,the financial ability of the development project is analyzed,and the project is evaluated to have strong profitability and be financially feasible.Finally,through the analysis of the project risk factors and the adoption of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk prevention analysis of the development project was carried out,and the overall risk level of the project was evaluated as low risk,and corresponding risk prevention and control measures were formulated for the project risk factors.In the end,this paper puts forward some concrete development guarantee measures for the development project,so as to make the feasibility analysis of the project more reasonable and perfect and provide feasible reference basis for the project investors.
