Innovation And Value Connotation Of Regional Coordinated Development Strategy In China's New Era

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of regional coordinated development was put forward as one of the seven strategies in the period of decisive victory and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The implementation of the strategy of regional coordinated development is an important link for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Starting from the theoretical perspective of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper first uses the literature analysis method to sort out the evolution process of the past regional development strategy of China.Combining with the field research method to obtain the first-hand data of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei for case analysis.An analysis of the history,theory and practice of the regional coordinated development strategy in the new era.The main conclusions are as follows.Based on the changes of the guiding theories of each stage,starting from the founding of new China,this paper divides the process of China's regional development into four stages,starting from the reform and opening up,putting forward the coordinated development of regional economy and entering the new era.From the historical dimension,this paper combs the evolution process of the first three stages of China's regional development strategy,and analyzes the characteristics and main contents of each stage.On this basis,this paper analyzes the transformation of the major social contradictions in the new era,and summarizes and refines the new connotation and new objectives of the regional coordinated development strategy in the new era.This article holds that Xi Jinping's exposition on China's economic and social development,Including making scientific research and judgment on the new normal of China's economic development,putting forward new development ideas,emphasizing the construction of ecological civilization,can be combined with the coordinated development of the new era.In view of the different difficulties of regional coordinated development in the new era,solutions are given.On this basis,the paper analyzes the relevant spatial planning of regional coordinated development in the new era.The Belt and Road Initiative,the coordinated development for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River economic belt and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Areafurther enhance China's regional development links.This paper takes the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as a typical case,and uses research data to analyze.The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei carries out practice according to the guidance of the new development concept,and renews the development mode and concept.Deepen supply side structural reform and keep steady progress in the new normal of economic development.The construction of xiong'an new area,as a landmark measure of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in the new era,has important innovative value and significance for regional coordinated development strategy.This paper explores and refines the value implication of the regional coordinated development strategy in the new era,and holds that the regional coordinated development strategy in the new era is the development and continuation of Marxism in China in the new era and Xi Jinping's new China's socialist ideology is an effective way to solve China's major social contradictions.Regional coordinated development in the new era is also an important means for China to contribute its programs to the world and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
