Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Green Development From The Perspective Of The New Era Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Green development is a new concept of development.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,realizing green development is not only the content of ecological civilization construction,but also the inevitable requirement of realizing the goal of "two hundred years" and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From the perspective of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper analyses the new requirements for green development,starting with the purpose and significance of the topic,related concepts and basic theories.Green development must always adhere to "wild China" as the goal of economic and social development;always adhere to the development idea of "green water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver";always adhere to the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position;always regard green development as the main criterion for judging and evaluating cadres;and always adhere to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.This paper summarizes the achievements of green development in China and the problems in air quality,surface water quality,soil erosion and desertification,biodiversity,forest coverage,the use of fertilizers and pesticides in rural areas,solid waste and industry.It also explores the causes of these problems from the aspects of cognition and ideas,economic development,legal system and government.To strengthen green development,we must strengthen the construction of laws,regulations and systems for green development;increase investment in environmental protection;cultivate green development life concept and life style in the whole society;transform the pattern of economic development to release green development;actively draw learns from foreign experience in green development;correctly handle various relations and practice green development.
