At present,in the process of integration of global economic development,all of us are developing in cooperation and complement each other.Despite the rise of trade protectionism,the trend of integration of global economic development is unstoppable.With the rapid development of China's domestic manufacturing industry in the past 20 years,most of the traditional manufacturing industry has entered a situation of overcapacity.With the development of Internet and new technology,enterprises are facing a changing competitive environment at the same time.Subversion and subversion happen occasionally.Under the multiple environments of overcapacity,new technology development and industry disruption in traditional manufacturing industry,unprecedented challenges are brought to the current economy and future development.Especially since 2020,the world has entered into a fight against the Covid-19,which has brought great impact on the current economy.Therefore,it is very necessary for enterprises to improve their internal skills and constantly optimize or explore new production and operation modes.Supply chain plays an important role in the optimization and Realization of these business models,among which purchasing supplier management is the most important.As a branch of foreign multinational manufacturing enterprise ST group in China,ST Company is also greatly affected by the current economic environment and operating pressure,and its operating profit and performance in 2019 sharply declined.The main reasons are as follows: 1)the influence of overcapacity in domestic manufacturing industry in China,competitors take cost as a competitive means to seize market share;2)the cost of European manufacturing plants and supply materials is too high to resist the material supply cost advantage of domestic competitors;3)under the new energy technology innovation,European technology R & D center than domestic development environment have no advantage.Taking ST Company as an example,this paper introduces the domestic production mode and competition type of the company,as well as the characteristics and current situation of material supply of supplier management.This paper analyzes the background of the company's supplier management,summarizes the relevant theoretical literature of the development and stat us of supplier management.Based on the analysis of the status of ST company's supplier management,it mainly discusses the fuzzy and lack of relationship strategies of ST company's supplier relationship management,the subjective judgment of supplier development and selection,the serious unreasonable phenomena,and the lack of practical effectiveness of supplier performance management Problem.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper proposes the company's supplier management strategy.On the basis of the enterprise's development competition strategy and procurement strategy,combined with some advanced theories and research methods of domestic and foreign supplier management,it proposes the Kraljic classic classification application in the company's relationship classification strategy,and combines the supplier management development strategy with the optimization of supplier development and selection to correspond to the selection target At the same time,the proposal of performance management incentive measures is a powerful help to improve the ability of suppliers and the development strategy of suppliers.At last,it puts forward the content of the whole life cycle management of suppliers,puts forward reasonable improvement suggestions for the optimization of ST suppliers management,greatly improves the ope rating performance of ST company,reduces the operational risk of the company,and manages the suppliers of other similar production and manufacturing enterprises in China,It can be used for reference in theory optimization.
