Under the background of Internet Finance era,China's domestic financial innovation and reform efforts continue to strengthen,the Internet finance industry develops at a rapid and rapid speed,and various emerging businesses emerge as the times require.Traditional commercial banks realize their own transformation and upgrading.As a new force in the insurance sector of the financial industry,simple insurance occupies the core position in the financial industry.Nowadays,people's daily life needs insurance in all aspects.To seize this opportunity,commercial banks have derived the financial business of insurance marketing.New business needs new marketing strategy support,especially the simple insurance sector.Through the use of Internet technology,commercial banks can realize the transformation of marketing mode,solve the problems such as the lack of innovation and serious homogenization of Internet financial products,the conservative idea of "product centered",the conservative marketing mode and the insufficient application of financial data.7p theory is the basic theory of service marketing.In order to make the products reach the customers' hands smoothly and satisfy the customers at the same time,the enterprise must consider seven links comprehensively: the research and development of new products,the pricing of products,the establishment of marketing channels,the application of promotion means,the purchase service process of customers,the level of consumption knowledge of customers,the requirements of marketing personnel and marketing environment involved in the consumption process.As an important force in Guangdong financial market,YC bank will face new potential risks in competition while vigorously developing simple insurance business.In the situation of Internet technology and financial business integration,how to use scientific management means to improve their competitiveness.This paper chooses YC bank's simple insurance marketing strategy as the research object,and endows 7p marketing theory with new content in the era of Internet Finance by referring to the classic 7p marketing theory of marketing.After studying and analyzing all kinds of new marketing models in the current insurance industry,this paper comprehensively analyzes the operation status and marketing environment of YC bank under the Internet financial environment,systematically studies the marketing strategies of products,channels,pricing,communication,marketing personnel,service process and tangible display in the bank's marketing strategy of simple insurance market,and clarifies the existing problems in marketing,such as products This paper analyzes the reasons of the problems,such as the serious homogenization of design,the lackof innovation in channel marketing,the poor overall quality of marketing personnel,and the low quality of customer service process.Finally,combined with the operation status and corporate culture of YC bank,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy plan of simple insurance in line with YC bank,and puts forward four guarantee measures,including organizational system,human resources,information technology and risk control.It can provide some reference for YC bank to improve efficiency,reduce cost and find new profit growth point,so as to ensure the implementation and implementation of corporate strategy.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will not only provide reference and reference for YC bank's development of simple insurance marketing in the era of Internet finance,but also provide new ideas for the operation and development of other commercial banks.
