With the progress and development of science and technology,we have entered the information age,the financial industry has ushered in a new period of development,entered the Internet financial era.Internet finance has affected every consumer,especially the habits of young consumers,and the Internet financial products represented by the balance financial management have had a certain impact on the personal financial business of the traditional commercial banks.Due to the low threshold and high flexibility of Internet financial products,more and more consumers are willing to join them.As a traditional state-owned commercial bank,A Bank is one of the largest state-owned commercial banks in China,with large scale,wide coverage and large number of customers.However,in the Internet financial background,as the traditional domestic commercial banks,how to better adapt to the development trend of the times,through continuous optimization and improvement of management and marketing level,positive response to Internet banking has various influence and impact,it is particularly urgent and necessary.In this paper,we first analyzes the bank marketing theory,and then in-depth study of Internet financial analysis,summarizes its characteristics and advantages and disadvantages,and strive to achieve mutual understanding;then according to the development situation of A bank B branch personal financial services,through the use of marketing theory and method,deeply analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding the countermeasures,to improve the ability and level of service,improve customer satisfaction,ultimately improve the strategic objectives of the development of personal financial business benefits.This paper uses the theory and method of marketing,through data analysis,theory and practice,give advice and suggestions for the traditional commercial bank personal financial business development,beneficial exploration.
