Through structured interview and questionnaire survey,combined with literature research and theoretical analysis,this paper conducts in-depth research along the logic of "finding the bottom of the current situation-problem exploration-cause analysis-scheme design",diagnoses the existing performance management of HK company and puts forward optimization scheme.First of all,it briefly introduces the performance management theory involved in the research topic,from the basic concept to the essential connotation and then to the performance influencing factors;it focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of common performance evaluation methods and tools and their application scope,especially the "three four five model" theory of performance management.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaires,using the "three four five model" theory of performance management to carry out the diagnosis of HK performance management status,in order to find out the problems of performance management,and analyze the reasons.Thirdly,considering the organizational structure,organizational strategy and corporate culture,human resource structure and characteristics of HK company,this paper proposes a systematic optimization scheme for performance management.The scheme is optimized from four aspects: performance plan,performance monitoring,performance evaluation and performance feedback,especially the KPI performance evaluation index system based on BSC.Finally,in order to ensure that the performance management optimization program can be effectively implemented and achieve good results,a series of supporting implementation safeguards are developed.
