Study On The Application Of Supply Chain Finance In Liquor Industry

The vigorous development of China's liquor industry has effectively improved the operating revenue and operating profit of the whole liquor supply chain system,but the upstream and downstream enterprises of the liquor supply chain often face the problems of capital turnover and insufficient cash flow due to their insufficient credit and other reasons,severely reducing the efficiency of the whole supply chain development and restricting the further development of the liquor industry Effect.On the other hand,the mainstream liquor enterprises have the advantages of high reputation and sufficient cash flow.In addition,the liquor enterprises are at the core of the supply chain,and they also have detailed supply and marketing information of upstream and downstream enterprises,which is convenient for the development of supply chain finance.On this basis,with the further improvement of Internet technology,more and more liquor enterprises began to lay out supply chain finance,some cooperated with various financial institutions,some involved in the financial field to set up financial institutions within the group,so as to meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain and promote the sustainable development of liquor supply chain.In this paper,the theoretical research and case analysis of the form of the liquor industry layout supply chain financial business process to conduct in-depth study.First of all,in the theoretical part,starting with the definition of supply chain finance and the application research of supply chain finance,this paper sorts out the relevant research results of the predecessors,and on the basis of the previous research,clarifies the purpose,methods and key problems to be solved.Then it puts forward the related concepts of supply chain finance,and discusses the supply chain and other related theories that will be used in this paper.Then,on the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of Chinese liquor industry,the feasibility and value of introducing supply chain finance into liquor industry are expounded.Secondly,in the case part,combined with the development environment of Luzhou Laojiao group and the process of introducing supply chain finance,the paper studies the effect and deficiency ofintroducing supply chain finance into Luzhou Laojiao group by means of comparative analysis,data analysis and motivation analysis.The main conclusions are as follows: first,supply chain finance can promote the value-added of supply chain.Supply chain finance is a kind of financial mode that comes into being according to the capital demand in the supply chain after the development of the enterprise's supply chain to the corresponding degree.It can make the enterprises in each node of the supply chain realize the growth of capital flow and improve the capital utilization rate on the premise that the debt scale does not increase.Second,information construction can effectively improve the implementation efficiency of supply chain finance.Modern information technology is the necessary technical support to realize the integration and efficient allocation of resources among enterprises in supply chain.Third,core enterprises are the key to the distribution of supply chain finance.On the one hand,with the strong economic strength,transparent operation and perfect internal system of core enterprises as the guarantee,financial institutions are willing to provide financing channels for enterprises with insufficient commercial credit in the upstream and downstream in the supply chain financial business.On the other hand,as a key enterprise in the supply chain,the business credit of the core enterprise and its cooperation with other enterprises in the supply chain directly determine the cost,condition and amount of financing from financial institutions for the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.Through the above research,the paper puts forward three suggestions for Luzhou Laojiao group to strengthen the application of Supply Chain Finance: to strengthen the construction of supply chain credit,to broaden the source of funds for supply chain finance,and to deepen financial innovation.This paper puts forward four suggestions for the application of supply chain finance in liquor industry:strengthening the construction of information and data,establishing a multi-level risk early warning and management system,strengthening the construction of its own financial system,and strengthening the construction of talent team.From the perspective of research,this paper selects the core enterprises in the supply chain as the main research perspective to explore the application mode and effect of core enterprises in the process of distribution of supply chain finance,as well as the role of core enterprises in the process of distribution of supply chain finance.From the perspective of research content,this paper innovatively studies the application of supply chain finance in liquor industry.
