With the rapid development of modern commerce and Internet technology,the collision between e-commerce enterprises and the traditional retail industry is increasingly fierce,and the new e-commerce enterprises are constantly crowding the market share.The competition among enterprises gradually changes from product advantages to consumer services and big data analysis,and pays more attention to cost optimization and profit.A considerable part of the costs of e-commerce enterprises is related to logistics activities.The attention to logistics links and the demand for controlling logistics costs make logistics cost control more and more an important way for enterprises to improve profits.It is of practical significance to analyze logistics costs and take effective control.Logistics is an important part of e-commerce enterprises,and high logistics cost is also a common phenomenon among e-commerce enterprises.It not only restricts the development of e-commerce enterprises,but also affects the expansion of enterprise scale.Reducing logistics cost has become the top priority in the development of e-commerce enterprises.This paper takes S mall,a rapidly developing e-commerce enterprise,as a case study.On the basis of relevant theories such as logistics cost control and core competitiveness,combined with the development trend of e-commerce industry,this paper conducts research on logistics cost control in its logistics operation process and comprehensively analyzes its logistics cost control.Under the condition of basic understanding of electricity industry to electricity enterprise S mall for case study object,the paper S mall industry background and the development of enterprises,from the logistics operations of procurement,warehousing,distribution,the reverse link analysis of S mall,from the problems existing in the logistics cost control present situation analysis control,tease out S mall currently exist purchasing control does not reach the designated position,warehousing development pressure,reverse logistics cost,manpower cost is high,high delivery service quality problems such as insufficient and analyze its reasons,and driven by time homework cost method ofself-built logistics center Y logistics cost accounting analysis.At the same time,this paper summarizes the inspiration of logistics cost control in e-commerce industry.Based on the study of logistics cost control of S mall,this paper proposes measures to improve logistics cost control,so as to ensure low logistics operation cost on the basis of improving logistics cost control effect and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the e-commerce industry.
