Under the new market situation,Company T has been facing increasing pressure on market competition.In recent years,it has been facing the pursuit of competing companies in the same industry.At the same time,due to the need to relocate new plants,the expenses are large,and management continues to pay attention to cost control and reduce unnecessary expenses.Non-production materials are commonly referred to as MRO materials,namely Maintenance,Repair and Operation,which is the purchase of indirect production materials or services in the enterprise.In enterprise purchasing management,the purchasing of non-production materials accounts for a relatively large proportion of the company's cost,and plays a relatively large role in the supply chain process of the entire company.To some extent,non-production materials purchasing also affects the development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to optimize the management of non-production materials,effectively control the total cost,and continuously improve their competitiveness have become the consensus of many companies.For the non-production materials,due to the variety of products purchased,and the number of models and suppliers involved,coupled with the cumbersome process,the purchasing efficiency is not high.This paper firstly analyzes the relevant theories and concepts involved in T company's non-production material management,and comprehensively uses literature research,actual case analysis and other methods to analyze the current status and problems of T company's existing non-production materials management,and then provides suggestions for optimization solutions from the aspects of purchasing cost management,purchasing process and supplier management.The specific steps are as follows: Firstly,to optimize the purchasing cost management system by adopting a centralized purchasing strategy,optimizing the purchasing pricing mechanism,and improving material classification management.Secondly,to improve the purchasing process and improve purchasing efficiency by shortening the quotation time,improving the on-time delivery rate and introducing an electronic bidding system.Thirdly,by optimizing suppliers' development,evaluation and management systems,we will introduce high-quality suppliers to reduce purchasing risks and better serve the company.This thesis combines the actual case of T company's non-production material purchasing,and then concludes a set of effective and effective optimization management plan,which has certain reference significance for non-production material purchasing cost saving and purchasing efficiency improvement.
