Research On The Optimization Of Production Material Purchasing Management Of TY Company

In recent years,the weakening global economy showed a downward trend.The fall of the domestic oil prices and the fuel consumption tax reform lead to a huge challenge to the overall coal oil industry,through a comprehensive improvement in the situation to enhance their market competitiveness is the primary goal of enterprise management.TY Company,as one of the coal oil industry,has begun to improve human resources,production technology innovation,procurement management,sales and other aspects of the optimization to achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency.Procurement management is one of the important links,how to reduce the purchasing cost through efficient procurement management is an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper,the TY company's production procurement management as the research object,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis in the overall procurement management work,summarizes these problems,purchasing management information system application effect is not good,the personnel structure and responsibility setting is unreasonable,the purchase mode method is backward,the inventory management is unreasonable,the stock cost is too high,the supplier management system is not perfect.On the objectives and principles of purchasing management optimization design,this paper established the optimization scheme of TY company procurement,and combined with the scientific management methods and management experience,discusses the optimization of the procurement plan,supplier management,inventory management and ERP management information system.With the procurement plan optimization scheme,this paper attempts to use a moving average method,the two moving average method to predict material procurement.And using the analytic hierarchy process to select the supplier,considering multiple factors for supplier selection.In this paper,the procurement of goods produced by TY Company as the research object,analyzing the problems existing in the procurement management of TY Company,and achieves better results through the establishment and implementation of the overall procurement optimization program.
