In the context of global economic integration and the transformation of our economy,knowledge workers have become the backbone of organizations,with different levels of education The differences in leadership style,professionalism,and employee diversity pose unprecedented challenges to organizational management.At the same time,leadership style has become the soul of organizational management,and as the boundaries of influence between relational leaders and employees continue to be explored.The emergence of "inclusiveness" has attracted widespread attention among scholars.This study is based on leadership theory and examines the impact of inclusive leadership on the meaningfulness of employees' work;it is also based on the personal one-environment matching theory to job crafting as a mediating variable to explore whether job crafting can have a mediating effect between inclusive leadership and knowledge workers' job meanings.And consider examining the job characteristics model with job control perception as a moderating variable to explore the interaction between job control perception and inclusive leadership and thus modulate its impact on the meaningfulness of the work of knowledge workers.This study was conducted on 274 employees of enterprises in Hunan Province and Guangdong Province,and data were collected by distributing a structured questionnaire.Among them,the main research variables of the questionnaire were inclusive leadership,job crafting,job meaning,and job control,which were studied in the demographic The variable component,on the other hand,contains seven demographics such as gender,age,education,years of experience,company nature,income,and industry ranking.statistical variables.Factor analysis and ordered probit mediating effect model were thenused to explore the relationship between the variables.The results of the empirical study showed that inclusive leadership is effective in enhancing the meaningfulness of knowledge workers' work;job crafting was found to be more effective in the relationship between inclusive leadership and the Knowledge workers play a partially mediating role between job meanings;job control mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and job meanings.This study not only has important implications for refining the theory of inclusive leadership,but also enriches the understanding of the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee behavior.The theoretical significance of the study.At the same time,management advice and recommendations for leaders in response to the findings.Finally,this paper also suggests future research directions that should be analyzed from multiple perspectives based on the research limitations in this study and proposes corresponding solutions.
