Performance appraisal is an indispensable link in human resource management of an enterprise.Performance appraisal can not only play a normative and guiding role in achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise,but also evaluate and motivate employees' performance during the evaluation period,thereby achieving a win-win situation for enterprise employees.Companies are hoping to improve business performance,increase market share and achieve sustainable development through high-performance teams.Therefore,continuously improving the status quo of performance appraisal and raising the level of performance appraisal have naturally become important problems that enterprises need to overcome.This article takes DM Education Group as the research object,based on relevant theories,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,to obtain primary data related to group employee assessment,based on this analysis of the problems and reasons of DM Education Group KPI performance assessment.The investigation found that there is still a lot of room for optimization in the performance evaluation of the DM Education Group,which is specifically manifested in four aspects,decoupling of performance evaluation from the group's strategic goals,irrational setting of performance evaluation indicators,focusing on evaluation results and ignoring the performance management process,inadequate use of performance appraisal results.The reasons for these problems are the lack of strategic awareness of the importance of performanceevaluation,the lack of performance evaluation indicators consistent with the actual situation of the department,the lack of performance communication and feedback mechanisms,the lack of performance appraisal staff.In addition,the corresponding performance assessment and optimization countermeasures are proposed based on the KPI method,which are reasonable setting of KPI assessment indicators,strengthening the cultural atmosphere of assessment,attaching importance to the performance management process,and improving the application of assessment results.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of optimization measures for performance assessment,this article proposes guarantee measures for optimization of performance assessment from the aspects of system,funds and personnel.Through the research in this article,it will not only help to optimize the KPI performance evaluation of DM education group,but also help to improve the management level and competitiveness of the enterprise,and promote the realization of the group's strategic goals.At the same time,the research results can provide some reference support for companies in the education industry or other industries in performance appraisal.
