Job burnout is a disadvantageous factor not only for personal career development,but also for enterprise management.It is also a problem that managers and scholars in related research fields have been trying to solve.Job burnout directly affects the work efficiency,performance and quality of employees,and then has a negative impact on enterprises.If we can change the negative job burnout into positive job involvement,it will become an important non imitative resource for enterprises.Exploring the formation mechanism of job burnout is an important starting point to alleviate or even inhibit the phenomenon of job burnout,that is,starting from the antecedent variables,in-depth analysis of the problem of job burnout,to provide more ideas for solving the phenomenon of job burnout.At present,relevant researches have explored the influence of occupational characteristics(such as occupational type,workload,etc.),organizations(such as reward and punishment measures,organizational change,etc.)and individuals(such as self-efficacy,etc.)on job burnout,this paper will explore a new perspective,starting from the psychological health of employees,to study the impact of perfectionism on job burnout,and take intolerable uncertainty as an intermediary variable to explore the relationship between the three.This study constructs a model of the influence of perfectionism on job burnout,by sending out questionnaires to the employees who have already entered the workplace,and making empirical analysis on 230 effective questionnaires after screening,using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to make descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data,the hypothesis of this paper had been verified:(1)Employees' perfectionism has a significant positive effect on job burnout;(2)The perfectionism tendency of employees has a significant positive impact on the intolerance of uncertainty;(3)the employees' intolerance of uncertainty has a significant positive impact on job burnout;(4)the intolerance of uncertainty has a completely mediating role between perfectionism and job burnout.The conclusion of this study hopes to provide new management methods for human resource management practice and new research ideas for related fields.Clinically,we can also try to solve the problem of job burnout from the perspective of perfectionism and intolerance of uncertainty.Finally,based on the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward feasible suggestions for the enterprise management and personal career development:(1)The best management is to touch the heart,and the enterprise should pay enough attention to the management of employees' psychology and emotion;(2)the enterprise should plan reasonable goals together with employees,create a good organizational atmosphere,and take appropriate measures for the stimulus source of uncertainty;(3)Employees should adjust their subjective consciousness,take intervention measures when necessary,and change negative perfectionism into positive perfectionism;(4)employees should reshape their cognitive model,cultivate their ability to solve problems,and reduce the loss caused by uncertainty.
