Effect On The Entrepreneurial Performance Under The Perfectionism Of Entrepreneur

In the 21 st century, the rapid development of global mobile Internet has accelerated the fourth wave of entrepreneurial boom in China. The leaders of our government visit imbark bases across the country, which means the foundation of the milestone of the Time of "Public innovation and entrepreneurship" have been laid in a sense. However, according to relevant data statistics: the rate of entrepreneurial success for China in 2014 is still hovering around 3% to 5%, which shows that a large number of startups go out of business at the same time. So the survival rate of startups attract attention of all kinds of persons from relevant territories, however business performance is often used to measure the startups is success or not, in particular, the personality traits(such as perfectionism) of entrepreneurs is an important factor to affect the business performance.This thesis mainly study the influence of the entrepreneur perfectionism to entrepreneurial performance, including the start-up pressure as the intermediary varial of the research model. This thesis adopts the research methods combining the theoretical research and empirical research, the qualitative research and quantitative research methods for further research of the influence of the relationship between three key variables: this thesis determines the research topic of this thesis and combine the research framework and ideas through sorting out a lot of literature researchs, thus to put forward the research hypothesis of this thesis. In addition, this thesis uses SPSS 19.0 software to carry on the empirical analysis and verify the hypothesis.And this thesis verifies the proposed conceptual model and assumptions in some tests such as the reliability and validity test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. Meanwhile the regression analysis includes monadic linear regression analysis, unary linear regression, multiple linear regression and multivariate nonlinear regression and so on.The final research conclusion of this thesis verifies these hypothesis:the entrepreneurial perfectionism(including positive perfectionism and negative perfectionism), startups stress and the business performance have significant relationships: the entrepreneurial negative perfectionism has positive effects on startups stress, the positive perfectionism has positive effects on the entrepreneurial performance, there is a U-shaped relationship between the negative perfectionism entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance, the relationship startups stress and entrepreneurial performance is significant U-shaped, startups stress plays a mediation role between the negative perfectionism and entrepreneurial performance. Thus in this thesis, as the author, the research conclusions has enlightening role for the theory of meaning: such as the relationship between objects, variables and so on. Furtherly this thesis puts forward to the practical significance of development, which has business with the entrepreneurs themselves, entrepreneurship education, government departments, the education of mental health workers. In the regards of the the limitation of this study by the author, some corresponding suggestions for improvement and future research prospects are put forward based on the limitations.
