H Company Financial Strategy Research

In recent years,China's GDP growth has slowed down,and all walks of life are suffering from internal and external challenges of varying degrees.In addition to challenges,unlimited development opportunities are also brought about.Only through continuous optimization and upgrading of internal and external policies and economic environment can enterprises achieve the goal of continuous improvement of enterprise value.Correspondingly,in the face of the complex and changeable development environment,modern enterprises pay more and more attention to strategic planning.As an important part of the overall strategy of enterprises,financial strategy also affects the healthy development of enterprises in the future.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to make financial strategic planning and exploration to seek more financial support for enterprises to achieve better development.The case study object of this paper is H Company,which caters to the trend of modern enterprise management and has formed its own financial strategy.But since "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,the global pharmaceutical industry to longitudinal deepening development of the industry under the condition of the macro environment changing,H company as a member of pharmaceutical enterprises will inevitably meet greater challenges,also will have more development opportunities at the same time,H company should according to the changing internal and external environment,financial strategic adjustment in a timely manner,to ensure that under the situation of enterprise competition in the modern economic society,improve enterprise comprehensive strength.In this paper,the financial strategy of H company is optimized by combining theoretical research with case study,and qualitative analysis with quantitative evaluation.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the overall strategy and operation situation of H Company and combining with the current financial strategy of H company,it is found that there are still some problems in the financial strategy of H company.Then combined with the internal and external environment of H company's financial strategy and the measurement results of H company's financial strategy matrix,the optimization scheme and implementation guarantee measures of H company's financial strategy were provided to improve H company's financial strategy and help H company achieve better development.
