Ou Simai Company is a local group company in Nanchang which was established in2007.In response to the current complex economic situation,the company has adjusted its original extensive development strategy to a new strategy of “steady expansion and survival of the fittest”.In order to realize the company's new strategy,the company decided to reconstruct the store manager's performance appraisal system.In the process of writing this article,the author first studied the articles related to research at home and abroad,and through questionnaires,literature research and other methods,Based on the principle of complementary advantages,strengths and weaknesses,which are combined with the characteristics of the company,BSC and KPI are proposed.Combined performance appraisal system.Firstly,this paper presents the relevant theories of the combination of BSC and KPI,and analyzes the feasibility and applicability of whether the two are applicable in the group meal industry.Secondly,combined with the company's new strategy,combined with "BSC+KPI" Theory,from the four dimensions of customers,finance,learning and development and internal processes,further subdivide the company's strategy,specific to the KPI indicators that can be qualitative,and draw the company's strategic map.Then,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview outline,analyzed the current status of the company's current store manager performance appraisal system,found that the existing store manager performance appraisal system has four major problems: the assessment target is not clear,the assessment content is not clear;the assessment criteria are across the board;And the weight design is unreasonable;performance coaching is not in place,and performance communication is lacking.Then,the establishment of the performance,which is under the guidance of the “SMART” principle,appraisal system of the manager of Ou Simai,the specific KPI indicators under various dimensions,and the specific interpretation of the indicators,finally established22 KPI indicators.After the KPI index is determined,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the judgment matrix,and the consistency test is carried out.The indicators in the newly constructed store manager performance appraisal system are weighted and the company's strategy execution is implemented into action.Finally,from the perspectives of strengthening performance appraisal training,establishing performance culture,and establishing an institutionalized performance appraisal system,the safeguard measures for implementing the new store manager performanceappraisal system are proposed.And the newly built store manager performance appraisal system was implemented to the company.Since June 2018,the author has participated in and developed the company's new store manager performance appraisal system.The trial run of the new store manager's performance appraisal system in September 2018,the company selected an excellent store manager at the end of 2018,which also proved the feasibility of the new store manager performance appraisal system,and based on The applicability of the store manager's performance appraisal system under the “BSC+KPI” in the group meal industry.
