With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises under the new economic system,especially the declining energy market,the production and operation status of D oilfields has declined.As a subordinate state-owned enterprise of D oil fields,YZ state-owned enterprise employee management issues have gradually emerged,especially It is manifested in the employees' lack of enthusiasm for their work and lack of motivation,which leads to a decline in the management level and lack of competitiveness of the enterprise.In response to this situation,state-owned enterprises must face up to the problem,work hard to give full play to the effectiveness of incentives,maximize the role of incentives,and increase the initiative of employees and officers to start businesses.This article selects YZ state-owned enterprise employees as the research object.First,it introduces the research background,purpose,and significance.From the perspective of discussing the current employee incentives at home and abroad,drawing on the classic Western incentive theory,and analyzing the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and employees,the research methods and ideas are determined.On the basis of this theory,the development and growth process of YZ state-owned enterprises and the employee incentive methods currently adopted are introduced.The main research content is determined by salary and welfare incentives,performance incentives,spiritual honor incentives and promotion incentives.After a detailed and systematic analysis of the survey results,they fully understood the needs of employees of the YZ state-owned enterprises for incentives and explored the problems of the company's first employee incentive measures.In response to the problem,combined with the reform and development situation faced by YZ state-owned enterprises and its own actual situation,it has determined the establishment of a scientific and transparent salary and welfare incentive physique,a perfect performance incentive mechanism,a compact spiritual honor incentive role,and enhanced promotion incentive effects.Each improvement measure provides new ideas for the application and improvement of employee incentives,enhances the effectiveness of employee incentives,and enhances the management level of the enterprise.It provides strong support for YZ state-owned enterprises to adapt to the newsituation and promote the transformation and upgrading of high-quality development of enterprises.
