China's urbanization process has entered the middle and late stages.The city's outreach has gradually slowed down.The immigrant population of mega cities such as Beijing and Shanghai has continued to grow negatively in recent years.For small and medium-sized cities,the phenomenon of population loss is more serious and the supply of land Contradictions have changed from absolute quantities to structural deficiencies.Under the current national policy of strengthening ecological civilization construction,urban planning has gradually changed from incremental planning to stock planning and even reduced planning.The theory of landscape security pattern can be used to simulate the landscape process in the study area,quantitatively analyze the current status and security level of the research object,provide planning basis for the optimization of the urban land spatial pattern,and contribute to the healthy development of the urban ecological environment.An important way to achieve urban ecological security.In this context,this article selects Wuxue City in Hubei Province as the research object,focuses on shrinking small and medium-sized towns,establishes a low-use land identification system,analyzes the development status of land in Wuxue City,proposes a microscopic optimization strategy,and takes landscape ecology The theory of science is applied in the optimization of the urban spatial pattern at the micro scale and the redevelopment of low-efficiency construction land.From the perspective of planned use regulation,the physical and ecological space of low-efficiency land is reconstructed.First,this paper investigates the current situation of population and urban land in Wuxue City,Hubei Province.Based on statistical data and video data,we understand the economic and social development of Wuxue City,industrial development,and the problems between population and land use.The urban development characteristics of the city.After that,this paper builds a low-use land identification system for Wuxue City,and integrates the identification indicators according to relevant policies issued by the state and local low-use land redevelopment regulations.The index system was obtained through multi-factor evaluation,and the distribution pattern of low-use land in Wuxue City was obtained.On this basis,with the use of land use data,remote sensing images and other data as support,the landscape safety theoretical pattern and the minimum resistance model were used to construct the ecological security protection pattern of Wuxue City and the evaluation of the suitability of construction land development.The eco-economic position on the smallest grid unit provides planning basis for the development function of low-use land.This article hopes that through the case study and the results of the low-efficiency land redevelopment in Wuxue City,Hubei Province,it can provide a certain reference value and technical guidance for the development of the same type of town.
