In order to coordinate the contradiction between economic development and ecological space protection, and to promote ecological, and sustainable economic development, this paper researched on construction land space optimization from comparative advantage “Ecological- Economy” perspectives in Ganzhou, adopting the landscape ecology method and economics theory. With a comprehensive regional ecological security pattern, the landscape security pattern was constructed, then the ecological importance index was calculated. With a minimum cumulative resistance model for regional economic development of construction land suitability evaluation, the economic suitability index was calculated. Secondly, through the ecological importance index and economic suitability index calculation, the comparative advantages index of construction land development can be calculated. Then the construction land space optimal allocation model can be built considering the comparative advantage constraint as the objective function, and obtain the solution through Monte Carlo method.Through research, this paper has summarized the following main conclusions:(1) Overall, the ecological importance index(ELG) is high in the middle and low in the north and south. The ELG is the highest in the middle Heihe River, wetland and lake area, the lowest in the south and north, middle level in the east and west of Ganzhou. Heihe River, wetlands, lakes in the middle of Ganzhou are important ecological reserve area, in the northern Pingshanhu Town and southern Anyang, Huazhai Town belongs to Gobi area which has little vegetation. The ecological importance index in this area of course is lower than the central area which belongs to the oasis area. The highest suitability index(ENM) mainly concentrated in Ganzhou urban area and the nearby towns. Liangjiadun, Xindun and Chang'an Town have the highest ENM, Pingshanhu Township in the north and Huazhai, Anyang Township have the lowest ENM. As these towns are far away from the city, the traffic there is not convenient, and the population is relatively small, GDP income is relatively low. Besides, these towns belong to the higher elevation mountains or the Gebi desert area, which is unsuitable for construction land expansion.(2) Through the analysis of the ELG, ENM and comparative advantage index(DI) of Ganzhou District, we can see that in the central oasis area, both of the ELG and ENM are high; and in the southern and northern area, there are high mountains or Gebi desert and inaccessible transportation, therefore, the ELG and ENM are relatively low. The comparative advantage index(DI) of entire Ganzhou District is lower than cities in the eastern of China. Therefore, the overall development index is relatively low, which is below 60%. This is because the industrial structure in Ganzhou is dominated by agriculture and their development direction is mainly to develop oasis agriculture. In the optimization proposal of construction land, the farmland area must be retained as basic ecological space to ensure that the basic needs of the ecological environment of each town.(3) According to the idea solution of optimizing the allocation of construction land, the future development of construction land forward to Shajing, Ganjun, Xindun and Liangjiadun Town. The northwestern wetland nature reserves, lakes, Heihe River will be under protection. The city will be reasonable eastward, southward. The regional conditions in the central region and the economic base are better than the northern region, the construction land development here can maximize the economic potential; and northwestern wetland nature reserves, lakes, Heihe River have important ecological function. The low construction land development intensity helps to ensure ecological security in the region. This construction land allocation proposal based on “EcologicalEconomy” comparative advantage concept conducted effective coordination of contradiction between economic development and ecological protection in Ganzhou District.
