Hebei is a big agricultural province and is responsible for providing production and living materials for the Beijing Tianjin Hebei economic belt.With the development of social economy,the level of consumption of residents and the change of consumption concept,ecological agricultural products have become the focus of production and market of modern agricultural enterprises because of their green and healthy product attributes and high product safety quality.As a representative enterprise of local ecological agriculture,Hai Hai Yan agriculture and animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.studies its development,analyzes its present situation,and solves the problems encountered in its development at present,so as to provide guidance and reference for the development of other small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the region.In order to make a better choice of competitive strategy for enterprises and local realities,and help enterprises make more rational use of resources,optimize their structures and achieve further coordinated development,this paper,based on reading and analyzing a large number of documents and market research,makes detailed analysis of the operating environment of the company,and analyzes the basic situation of enterprises.On this basis,according to the relevant strategic management theory,the macro-environment analysis and Micro-environment analysis of the enterprise are carried out,taking into account the political,economic,social and technological environment of the company as a whole,balancing the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the company,fully considering various factors,in order to find a suitable competitive strategy for the enterprise.Through summarizing and analyzing the results,we put forward suggestions on competitive strategy selection and planning for the Haiyan agriculture and animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.,and choose the differentiated competitive strategy,and draw up the differentiation path of production information,product development,subject concept and marketing service in the light of the actual situation of the enterprise to realize the strategic goal of the four companies.At the same time,the paper puts forward some measures to guarantee the implementation of enterprise competitive strategy,such as improving the ability of operation and management,improving the level of human resources and management,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and brand,and strengthening the strength of market development and differential propaganda.It is hoped that this study can help enterprises successfully adjust their competitive strategy,further expand their market and development,and provide new ideas for the application of differentiated competitive strategy in the development of local characteristic agricultural enterprises.
