With the society entering the era of knowledge economy and international integration,the competition situation of the world paper industry has also changed dramatically.At the same time,with the rapid development of Vietnam's macro-economy,Vietnam's paper industry has also entered the stage of rapid growth,becoming an important force to promote the rapid development of Vietnam's national economy.The rapid growth of paper industry in Vietnam has attracted a large number of foreign investors to compete for profits,which has brought great opportunities and challenges to the development of local paper industry in Vietnam,as well as opportunities for Vietnamese government and enterprises to learn from the advanced management methods and rich experience of foreign excellent enterprises.For an enterprise,human resource is one of the elements of enterprise management.Human resource management is regarded as a strategic factor for the enterprise to create competitive advantage,so its role is more and more important.Enterprise employment system is an important part of human resource management.To do well in enterprise employment system is to do well in enterprise human resource management.There are many problems in the employment system of paper enterprises in Vietnam,which have not yet achieved the goal of human resources.According to the above analysis,this paper analyzes and compares the employment system of three paper companies(Shanghai Zhenglong paper company,Japan Prince paper company,Vietnam Anping paper company)in Pingyang Industrial Zone,Vietnam.In the specific research,this paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis.First of all,from the labor relations theory,human resource management theory,needs level theory,two factor theory and equity theory,this paper analyzes the employment system of Shanghai Zhenglong paper,Japan Prince paper,and Vietnam Anping paper company,and analyzes the differences of employment system of different enterprises.Secondly,the employment system of these three enterprises is compared in four aspects: employee recruitment,salary formulation,welfare payment and employee training.In terms of employee recruitment,this paper compares the number,type,channel and recruitment process;in terms of salary formulation,based on the average salary of these three enterprises,this paper uses questionnaire survey method and SPSS software to compare the employees' satisfaction with the salary of the three enterprises;in terms of welfare payment,this paper uses questionnaire survey results and Vietnamese labor in the aspect of employee training,this paper analyzes and compares the personnel training policies,process,time and results of each enterprise from different employment system models.Finally,according to the differences of the employment systems of the three enterprises,the paper puts forward the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward some targeted suggestions from the social and enterprise levels,including: improving labor laws and regulations,optimizing labor market construction,changing government functions,exploring new employment systems,improving employee rights and interests protection systems,shaping people-oriented enterprise culture,improve the staff training mechanism,improve the staff compensation system,improve the staff recruitment system.I hope that through the research and analysis of this paper,it can have a positive and effective impact on the employment system of Vietnamese paper enterprises.
