Research On The Spatial Distribution And Influencing Factors Of Gazelle Enterprises In Shandong Province

At present,gazelle enterprises have become one of the important representatives to measure the innovation vitality of a region,and play a crucial part in the regional economic development.The location choice of gazelle enterprises plays an important role in promoting the shaping of the economic space of a region and a city.The development of gazelle enterprises in China is fast,and Shandong Province is at the forefront of the country.The aggregation and distribution of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province cause some problems to be pondered: what are the spatial distribution characteristics of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province? What are the factors that affect the spatial distribution? What direction should Shandong Province make efforts to cultivate and develop gazelle enterprises in the future? It is of great theoretical significance to clarify the above issues for understanding the spatial differentiation of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,the internal mechanism of the formation of the spatial pattern of enterprises and other core issues of regional economic research.At the same time,it is of practical significance to continue to optimize the spatial pattern and development momentum of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,and improve the innovation ability and economic vitality of enterprises in Shandong Province.Based on the official website of gazelle enterprises in China,this paper constructs the spatial location information data of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province.Use the statistical yearbooks of 17 cities and above in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2018 to build the city database.Based on the perspective of enterprise spatial organization,using the tool software arcgis10.2,using kernel density analysis,standard deviation ellipse analysis,spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial structure characteristics of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province.The panel regression model is used to describe the factors that affect the spatial pattern of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,and the geographic detector is also used to explore the influence of each factor more deeply.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The number of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province ranks the seventh in all provinces of China,which is a relatively fast developing province.In the regional dimension of Shandong Province,gazelle enterprises are unbalanced in spatial distribution.In the urban dimension,gazelle enterprises are mostly concentrated in Jinan,Qingdao,Weifang and Linyi.In the industrial dimension,manufacturing gazelle enterprises are the most in Shandong Province,and the proportion of scientific research and information technology service industry is increasing.In the dimension of spatial pattern,gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province are characterized by multi-core and multi-polar spatial pattern of "local close aggregation and overall scattered distribution",extending from northeast to southwest,and shifting from east tosouth,with negative correlation of global autocorrelation.The spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises in the province is becoming more and more discrete,and the cold and hot spot areas of local correlation have little change,and in the hot spot areas,the Urban gazelle enterprises are relatively well developed.According to the development of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,Shandong Province is divided into three types of urban agglomeration,follow-up type and weak type.2.Analyze the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,select 16 indicators,take the number of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province as the explained variable,carry out the regression analysis of the panel data with the random effect model,and analyze the correlation between the influencing factors and the spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises.The conclusion is that the large-scale market,high degree of opening environment,strong government support,high-tech innovation level,sufficient supply of excellent talents,strong industrial foundation have played a positive role in promoting the spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises in a certain region in Shandong Province.Then,the paper constructs a geographic detector model to analyze the specific influence value of each significant correlation factor on the spatial pattern of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of geographical detector on the spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises,although the influence q value in different years is different in time and space,the factors that affect the spatial distribution of gazelle enterprises are technological innovation ability,talent supply ability and regional policy support strength.According to the conclusion,combined with the characteristics of three types of urban agglomerations of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the cultivation and development of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province and the construction of survival and growth environment of gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province in the future from the strategic point of view,and points out the deficiencies in the research,so as to provide ideas and reference for the deepening of related fields in the future.
