Study On Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Circulation Efficiency Of Agricultural Products In Shandong Province

The circulation of agricultural products is a key component of the agricultural economy and an important factor in relation to the people’s livelihood,and plays an important role in comprehensively promoting the revitalization of the countryside,promoting sustainable income growth of farmers and improving people’s living standards.Shandong provincial government has always regarded the development of agricultural products circulation as the main focus of livelihood construction,and has formulated a series of preferential policies to promote the reform and development of agricultural products circulation in Shandong Province.However,compared with many industries,the efficiency of agricultural products circulation in Shandong Province is still low and backward.In the new economic era,it is of theoretical and practical significance for the economic development of Shandong province to explore the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Shandong province and its influencing factors,and then promote the efficiency improvement.Based on Marxian circulation theory,input-output analysis theory and other classical theories in agricultural products circulation,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the development of agricultural products circulation in Shandong Province from three aspects,including production,circulation scale and circulation system of agricultural products.The model is constructed by using DEA-Malmquist index analysis to comprehensively assess the efficiency of agricultural products distribution in Shandong Province.The result is that the overall efficiency of agricultural products distribution in Shandong Province is low,and there are some differences between the eastern coastal and central and western inland areas of Shandong Province.Indicators were selected from six perspectives,including the level of supply and demand of agricultural products and the level of development of distribution industry,and regression analysis was conducted on the possible factors affecting the distribution efficiency of agricultural products in Shandong Province.The 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province were also divided into coastal and inland areas and empirically tested by region.The empirical results show that six factors,such as the level of supply and demand of agricultural products,the level of development of distribution industry and the level of logistics informatization,have important influence on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Shandong Province.Finally,according to the factors influencing the efficiency of agricultural products circulation in Shandong Province,countermeasures are proposed from 5 aspects,such as enhancing the brand advantages of agricultural products in Shandong Province,expanding the capital scale of circulation enterprises in Shandong Province,strengthening the construction of information platform for agricultural products in Shandong Province,improving the construction of logistics infrastructure in Shandong Province,and strengthening the government supervision and financial investment of agricultural products circulation in Shandong Province.
