With the development of mobile Internet business,various new services and applications based on mobile Internet technology are gradually popularized to all aspects of people’s life and production,which has brought a huge impact on the traditional business of telecom operators.Various mobile Internet Ott applications make telecom operators have the risk of being marginalized and channelized.This paper takes Henan D company as the specific research object,aiming to analyze the characteristics of mobile Internet and related marketing strategies,and combine its own internal and external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,to put forward optimization suggestions for the marketing strategies of Henan D company in the era of mobile Internet.In order to ensure the theoretical and systematic research,this paper uses Professor Michael Porter’s five force model as an analysis tool.Firstly,it makes an objective analysis of the development of company D and the industry environment in which the company is located,and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of company D in the market competition,as well as the opportunities and threats.Based on the analysis of environment,industry and D company’s current marketing strategy,the paper points out the necessity of D company to optimize and adjust its marketing strategy.Based on more than ten years of experience in marketing and a comprehensive understanding of the mobile Internet industry,combined with the in-depth interpretation of several strategic transformations proposed by D company group,and with the help of 4P theory,the author puts forward systematic optimization suggestions for D company’s marketing strategies in terms of products,prices,channels,promotions,etc.
