With the continuous improvement and development of the market economy system,M & A can not only make enterprises grow bigger and stronger rapidly,but also bypass the industry barriers to enter the new market.Due to the differences in business model,management concept and employee management system between the two sides of M & A,the psychological contract of employees after M & A and reorganization is in an unbalanced state,which is manifested in the following problems:the enterprise's laxity of people's mind,the poor cohesion of the team,the increasing number of employees leaving the company,the reduction of operation efficiency,and the huge loss of the enterprise's operation for several consecutive years,and so on Major obstacles in the rapid development of the industry.At present,there are some researches on job withdrawal in academic circles,but there are few researches on the related problems of M & A enterprises.I put forward countermeasures for the problem of job withdrawal in YG company.This paper studies the job withdrawal of employees in YG company from three aspects.Firstly,it studies the theory of psychological contract at home and abroad,and the current situation of the correlation between psychological contract and job withdrawal.Theoretically,it defines the concepts of transnational psychological contract and relational psychological contract,work itself withdrawal and work effort withdrawal in psychological contract.Secondly,taking YG company in Henan Province as the research object,the paper uses the method of event and questionnaire survey to calculate the dimensions of employees' recognition index weighted average value,and makes a quantitative study on the job withdrawal problem of the company.Finally,the paper studies the core problems in the four dimensions of transnational psychological contract,relational psychological contract,work withdrawal and work effort withdrawal,reveals the system environment of the dynamic change of recessive withdrawal,sums up the problems existing in the psychological contract of theemployees of the enterprise,summarizes the internal laws,and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the related problems.It provides more valuable management suggestions for improving the management level of enterprises,which will promote the healthy and rapid development of enterprises to a certain extent.This paper generalizes the dynamic change law among the four variables,and puts forward the relevant restriction system and measures for the recessive withdrawal phenomenon.It includes the following two aspects: first,employees' job withdrawal management countermeasures in the dimension of transnational psychological contract,such as improving salary and welfare system;strengthening psychological contract,promoting multiple incentives;second,employees' job withdrawal management countermeasures in the dimension of relational psychological contract,such as the integration and fall of different corporate culture,establishing a smooth communication mechanism;these two aspects effectively solve YG The problem of employees' retreat from work.
