Effective Inventory Management Techniques For Small Scale Production Operations In Pakistan

Inventory management is an essential part of any business in today’s business era.Organization nowadays gives special consideration to the inventory management.There are different inventory management techniques which are used by different organizations according to their need and priorities.This research paper is to identify whether inventory management techniques are effective for production in small and medium enterprises in Pakistan.This research paper identifies those factors by which Small Scale Production Operations could think that how they can use inventory management techniques in which way it can be used and how they can benefit them and what benefits they can achieve through them.Employees and students were the source to collect the data.The Survey based on 200 respondents.Data was collected through questionnaire.Based on literature review I formed Hypothesis furthermore,according to survey inventory management techniques benefits small and medium enterprises in Pakistan.Simple linear regression was used to analyze the data by SPSS.
