In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is one of the most important driving forces in the development o f enterprises.As an important part of enterprise,knowledge workers are the main body of enterprise innovation.Their innovative thinking and innovative behavior is the source and foundation of sustainable innovation.Stimulating the innovation behavior o f knowledge workers effectively is the key to improve the overall competitiveness of the organization.However,from the majority of management practice,because of the characteristics of knowledge workers themselves,coupled with the increasing awareness of subjectivity consciousness,the stimulating effect of knowledge workers' innovative behavior is not satisfactory.Therefore,how to stimulate the innovation behavior of knowledge workers has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.In this thesis,the self-management variables are taken as the breakthrough point taking into account the personal characteristics and work characteristics as well as the growing awareness of subjectivity of knowledge workers from the perspective of non-material incentives.At the same time,in order to fully take into account the intrinsic motivation of knowledge workers and the characteristics of self-achievement needs,the achievement motivation variables are introduced.So the theoretical hypothesis model of the impact of knowledge workers' self-management and achievement motivation on innovation behavior is established and the mechanism of knowledge workers' self-management on their innovative behavior is explored.The data is collected by questionnaire,and the mod el is tested by multiple regression analysis.The results show that the self-management perception and self-management practice of knowledge workers have a significant positive effect on their innovative behavior.In addition,the achievement motivation of knowledge workers plays a partial mediating role between self-management and innovation behavior.Finally,management recommendations are given according to the study in view of self-management perspective.
