Analysis On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Unemployment Insurance Policy In Hulunbeier City

Unemployment insurance is an important component of our national social security system.It has three functions:life protection,unemployment prevention and employment promotion.In the 1980s,China established an unemployment insurance system.It has played a very significant role in the prevention of the unemployment of our laborers and promotion of employment.For decades,Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy has been developing and improving.However,Hulunbeier city belongs to the inland border minority areas,and its social and economic development is relatively lagging behind,so to some extent,it is not conducive to play a significant role in the unemployment insurance policy.Therefore,this paper takes Hulunbeier city as an example,and takes the study of the current situation of unemployment insurance policy in the area as an entry point.The problems in Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward.This is of great significance for the development of Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.The main content is a brief introduction to the research background,research methods,research innovation deficiencies,domestic and foreign research summarize,and research status evaluation.The second part is an overview of Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy.The conceptual content and current situation of the unemployment insurance e policy are summarized,and the analysis of the specific problems in the third part is introduced.The third part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy.In this part,through the analysis of relevant specific data,the problems and causes of the unemployment insurance policy in the operation of Hulunbeier are studied.The fourth part is to improve the unemployment insurance policy.According to the third part of the existing problems and cause analysis,specific suggestions are put forward.The fifth part is the conclusion.This paper summarizes the full text,and explains the unemployment insurance policy of our country under the special period.Based on the study of Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy,this paper believes that in order to further improve Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance policy,it is necessary to expand the coverage of unemployment insurance,adjust the structure of unemployment insurance fund expenditure,properly optimize the relevant payment standards of unemployment insurance fund,reduce the benefits conditions of unemployment insurance,expand the beneficiary subjects of the unemployment insurance assistance and stabilization policy.This paper proposes specific measures from the above aspects to realize the healthy development of Hulunbeier's unemployment insurance.
