The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Collective Economic Development In The Pastoral Area Of The Former Banner Of Etok

As an important part of the socialist market economy,the collective economy of pastoral areas has become an important way to promote economic and social development and increase the income of farmers and herdsmen.Since the reform and opening up,the development of collective economy in pastoral areas has shown a diversified and prosperous scene,but because of different resource conditions,regional characteristics,management system and other reasons,there are still many problems in the development of collective economy in pastoral areas,so it is necessary to carry out theoretical discussion and practical analysis on the development of collective economy in pastoral areas,and seek solutions to promote healthy and sustainable development.This paper chooses the development of collective economy in the former flag pastoral area of Etok as a research pair For example,the research methods such as field visit,data access and participation in the conference are discussed and analyzed.First of all,this paper expounds and analyzes the development status,development mode,characteristics of different models and achievements of the collective economy in the former flag pastoral area of Etok,and through combing and summing up,takes the characteristics of different models and influencing factors as the entry point of this study,and finds out the factors restricting the development of collective economy in the former flag pastoral area of Etok.Secondly,based on this,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of development one by one,and combined with the influencing factors of different development models,the factors that restrict the development of collective economy in pastoral areas are summarized as follows:member main body,resource environment,market competitiveness and sustainability.Finally,according to these four constraints,the paper discusses the problems and causes in the development of collective economy,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of collective economy in the former flag pastoral area of Etok.
