The improved varieties are the basis of modern agricultural production,and the scientific and technological contribution rate of China's fine varieties to the increase of crop yields is as high as 30%.However,at present,most of the newly bred varieties are mainly improved and imitated,and large-scale variety replacement has not yet been achieved;and the excellent varieties bred by the variety selection units mostly stay on the variety registration,and most selection units do not have the ability to carry out large-scale variety breeding and Popularization and application makes the rate of conversion of excellent new varieties as scientific research achievements into actual productivity slower.Therefore,new varieties need to accelerate the transformation of scientific research results through agricultural technology promotion.Inner Mongolia Mengxin Agricultural Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.is a key leading enterprise of agricultural and animal husbandry industrialization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The enterprise has good germplasm resources,and it should pay more attention to the promotion of new varieties of agricultural technology,which is typical.This article selects Inner Mongolia Mengxin Agricultural Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.for a single case study,trying to explore the optimization problem of the new variety technology promotion model of agricultural seed industry enterprises,so as to seek the universality of the new variety technology promotion model of agricultural enterprises.Based on this,this paper sorts out the relevant literature on agricultural technology promotion and summarizes the research results of agricultural enterprises using information technology to promote new varieties.Taking Mengxin Agricultural Seed Industry Company as a specific case to analyze and compare the advantages of the three different agricultural technology promotion models of the company's "enterprise+farmers","enterprise+technology demonstration park+farmers","enterprise+base+farmers",It is found that from the perspective of the increase in order volume,the promotion model of "enterprise+base+farmer" is better.After analyzing the problems of the three agricultural technology extension models,the problems of these three extension models in the promotion of new varieties,the demonstration garden observation effect,and the professionalism of grassroots extension personnel are drawn.From the perspective of the government and the scientific research institutes of universities and colleges,it has put forward relevant policy suggestions on the promotion of the optimization of the technology promotion model of new varieties,so as to promote the optimization of the promotion model of new varieties of seed industries,enhance the economic benefits of enterprises,and promote the process of rural revitalization.
