Food safety is related to the health of every citizen.Only on the basis of ensuring people's food safety can the economy and society operate effectively and develop continuously.At present,China is in a critical period of prosperity and development in various fields,and the structure and components of the economic market are undergoing certain changes.During this period,new problems and contradictions emerged in the economic and social development,which had a certain impact on People's Daily life and work.Among them,food safety is an important problem threatening human health.In recent years,food safety problems frequently in the society,the quality does not conform to the standard of food frequently appear in people's life,it not only affected the normal market order,and also has a serious impact on people's health,more and more people think that food safety is not security,affected the normal operation of the social order.Therefore,the relevant departments of the state must further strengthen the supervision of food safety,ensure the personal safety and health of Chinese citizens,seriously deal with all kinds of food safety incidents,give play to the role of government regulatory departments,to ensure every link in the food circulation process.Ensuring food safety is a link that every country in the world attaches great importance to.Major food safety incidents will seriously affect social stability.Therefore,the country must carry on the entire supervision to the food trade,the circulation process,put an end to the quality of unqualified products into the market,affect the market operation order.At the same time,take various measures to protect the rights and interests of consumers,increase the handling of illegal businesses,maintain the stability of social operation,assume their due responsibilities.As a matter of fact,most countries have set up special food supervision departments or food safety management committees to supervise food from the point of planting and breeding to the point where food enters people's dining tables.The main work of food safety supervision in China is not completed by a single department,but needs to be completed by multiple regulatory departments.In addition,the specific work of food regulators in China,also with some foreign countries is different,its main is combined with the practical operation of China's economic and social situation,combined with the standards of the health of our people,the main regulatory committee for food safety,the implementation of related work basic it is reference to the relevant regulations in the food safety law of the People's Republic of China.In view of this,this article takes Changchun city as an example,based on the food safety quality management theory,using macro idea of Changchun city food safety regulatory problems of food safety regulation of small and medium-sized city and strategy are studied,based on safety regulators,safety supervision mechanism,safety supervision mode,and then explores its safety supervision and other aspects,to find the best food safety quality management measures,for the quality of Changchun city food safety management supervision to provide better development path.
