After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's total economic volume in the second place in the world, with China's rapid economic growth,China's banking sector in terms of total assets, the structure and regional distribution, great changes have taken place in the regional economic development imbalances and credit allocation imbalance problem increasingly cause the attention of people, more and more research.Existing a lot of research on bank credit allocation relationship with economic growth, not pay attention to the interaction between the provinces economy, usually assume that all the variables are independent of each other of the provinces, the introduction of spatial econometric methods of literature study is relatively small, but actually because of each other mutual connection between region and region, has a strong correlation between similar area.In this paper, static panel regression and spatial measurement are used to comprehensively study and analyze the relationship between bank credit allocation and regional economic growth in China, which has theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly has four parts. The first part reviews and summarizes the literature review at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical basis. It introduces the main theories of financial development and economic growth, and sorts out the mechanism of financial development on economic growth, laying a foundation for the analysis in the following part. The third part is the empirical study on the influence of China's credit allocation on regional economy. The fourth part is the research conclusion and policy suggestion, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion according to the empirical result. In this paper, the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2018 are divided into four regions according to geographical regions:east, middle, west and northeast. The static panel model of the whole country and the four regions is constructed. The influence of spatial spillover effect is taken into account. This paper finds that credit allocation has a positive promoting effect on regional economy, and the influence is different in different regions. There is a spatial spillover effect of credit allocation to regional economy. The credit allocation of a region not only has an effect on the economy of the region, but also has an effect on the economy of adjacent regions.Overall, bank credit allocation has a promoting effect on the regional economy, but the strength is limited. Therefore, economic regulation policies should be tailored to local conditions to achieve differentiated economic regulation policies, give play to the superposition effect of urban agglomeration and regional development strategies, improve financial laws, improve the legal environment for credit, and promote coordinated regional economic development.
