Status And Strategies Research On The Development Of Rural Complex In Wendeng District

In recent years,with rapid economic development in China,national comprehensive strength has been enhanced,and urban-rural integration has been rapidly promoted.At the same time,the country is paying more and more attention to rural reform.In 2017,the No.1 central document,several opinions of the central committee of the CPC and the state council on deepening the supply-side structural reform in agriculture to accelerate the cultivation of new development engines for agriculture and rural areas,clearly putting forward construction of rural complex and optimization of rural industry structure,so as to promote the development of agricultural modernization.Taking "mutual benefit and win-win" as the starting point of the rural complex,it is required to make rational application of the design elements combining urban and rural areas,to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas,to narrow the differences between urban and rural areas,and to create a unique Chinese new countryside.Based on the concept and related theories of Rural Complex,this thesis makes one research on the overall development of Rural Complex in Wendeng District through methods of literature review,questionnaires,field visits,etc.,and data from comprehensive statistical yearbooks as well as relevant statistical departments.The current advantages and development status of Wendeng District's rural complex development are summarized as well as technology,talents supporting,industrial integration and other issues by the use of questionnaire analysis and the discussion of current differences about Wendeng District's Rural Complex development.Combined with interregional characteristics,two more mature rural complex models in Wuxi,Jiangsu and Linyi,Shandong are selected to make a comparison with two currently developed rural complex projects in Wendeng District.By this method,development ideas and countermeasures are put forward and indicates that using new ideas,new technologies,and new models to build new rural communities must be enforced.
