| Land is the foundation of people’s livelihood and the foundation of development.As the pillar of life of more than 900 million peasants in China,it is related to the vital interests of the peasants.Since the reform and opening up,how to raise the income of farmers in the three rural issues has become the focus of China’s economic development.With the substantial increase in production capacity,a large amount of surplus labor has been generated in the rural areas,and then they have turned to the second and third non-agricultural industries.At the same time,because the production and supply of agricultural products is significantly more than the market demand,the price of agricultural products has declined,which has greatly hindered the increase of farmers’ income,which has led to the enthusiasm of farmers and the reduction of their dependence on agricultural land.In some areas,land reclamation has even occurred.In order to achieve sound and rapid economic development,we must pay attention to the protection and utilization of land resources,especially the reform of the agricultural land property rights system.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned that the second round of land contracting will be extended for another 30 years.In 2019,the Central Document No.1 proposed that the reform of the rural land system should be deepened.These policies have given farmers full confidence,farmers’ choices are more diverse,and income-generating forms are more abundant.You can safely carry out land production,or you can choose to transfer land and go out to work.It promoted the rational allocation of land resources under the market,promoted the scale of agricultural operations,and facilitated the formation of modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics,and ultimately realized the growth of farmers’ income.This paper combines the two aspects of rural land transfer and peasant income,through the quantitative model analysis,studies and analyzes the impact of land transfer on farmers’ income.Firstly,the basic concepts of land transfer and farmers’ income are systematically expounded.The logical analysis of the impact of rural land transfer on farmers’ income is analyzed in detail,and the factors affecting farmers’ income in the process of land transfer are carefully analyzed and summarized.Then,referring to the data of Shandong Province Statistical Yearbook 2018 and combining with other statistics on the Internet,the current situation of land transfer in Shandong Province,the status quo and development trend of farmers’ income,and the main contribution points of farmers’ income in Shandong Province are pointed out.Finally,according to the different land transfer activity of farmers in Shandong Province,four counties in Shandong Province were selected for field investigation.Based on the questionnaire on the current situation of land transfer in the survey area and the income status of farmers after participating in land transfer,the basic research data wasobtained,and the data of the sample area was analyzed in detail.Then the SPSS19.0software was used to construct multiple linear regression.The model analyzes the impact of farmland transfer on the income of farmers in the sample area,and conducts a comprehensive systematic statistical analysis.It is found that the transfer of agricultural land has a significant positive correlation with the income of farmers,and land transfer has a positive effect on the income of farmers in Shandong Province.At the same time,it analyzes the four sources of farmers’ income in Shandong Province,namely,the rural business income,wage income,property income,and transfer income.The land transfer process is studied from the land transfer party and the transfer party.The impact of various influencing factors on farmers’ income is quantitatively analyzed.The model found that for land transferees,the main factors that can increase farmers’ income include land area,planting crop varieties and whether to join agricultural cooperatives.For land transferees,the main factors that can increase farmers’ income include Land area,land transfer years and number of non-agricultural laborers.According to its existing problems and characteristics,effective countermeasures and suggestions are given to help the development of agricultural economy in Shandong Province. |
