Research On Tourist Satisfaction In Rural Tourism Destinations

In recent years,the country and various regions have vigorously supported the development of rural tourism.In particular,the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Party has provided extremely favorable development opportunities for the development of rural tourism.In addition,with the improvement of the people's material living standards in China,the people's demand for the upgrading of tourism and leisure products is also stronger,which puts higher demands on rural tourism destinations and the rural tourism products they provide.At present,in the objective practice of rural tourism development in various parts of China,there are many problems that affect the tourist experience and satisfaction of rural tourism destinations,which seriously restrict the sustainable development of local rural tourism.Jingmen,Hubei is an excellent tourist city in the country.It has rich rural tourism resources and has paid more attention to the development of rural tourism in recent years.The construction and development of local rural tourism destinations have made some progress.However,at present,Jingmen rural tourism still has problems such as homogenization of rural tourism products,low management level of rural tourism,imperfect tourism supporting facilities,insufficient funds for rural tourism development,and damage to the rural environment.These problems have seriously affected tourists' satisfaction with local tourism,and also restricted the development of rural tourism in Jingmen City.In this paper,a variety of research methods are used to analyze the satisfaction and influencing factors of Jingmen tourists to rural tourist destinations.After collating relevant literature and research,this paper establishes a model of influencing factors of tourist satisfaction in rural tourist destinations,and puts forward five hypotheses,namely:"Visitors 'perception of scenic spots in rural tourist destinations can positively affect tourists' perception of rural "Total satisfaction of tourist destinations","Visitors'perception of infrastructure in rural tourist destinations can positively affect tourists'overall satisfaction with rural tourist destinations","Visitors' perception of various tourist services in rural tourist destinations can positively affect tourists "Total satisfaction with rural tourist destinations","Visitors' perception of various supporting facilities in rural tourist destinations can positively affect tourists 'overall satisfaction with rural tourist destinations","Visitors' perception of rural tourist destination prices can positively affect Tourists' overall satisfaction with rural tourist destinations." Then the paper collected relevant data from Jingmen rural tourists through online and offline channels,and collected a total of 216 valid questionnaires.Then through descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis and other methods of tourist satisfaction and influencing factors,found that the five hypotheses proposed in this paper are all established,so the model proposed in this paper can also be established.Based on the research results,this paper proposes strategies and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Jingmen in view of the current situation of rural tourism development in Jingmen,as well as research on the satisfaction and influencing factors of rural tourists in Jingmen.All areas of Jingmen should pay attention to the creation of iconic tourism attractions and the optimization of the structure of tourism products to meet the diverse and personalized needs of different tourists.In addition,we should make full use of local resources,improve the characteristics and quality of tourist souvenirs,and constantly improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of tourist products and services.In addition,when developing rural tourism in Jingmen,the management level of rural tourism should be continuously improved,the government's role in guiding and supporting rural tourism development should be brought into full play,and funds and talents should be provided for rural tourism.Modern information means strengthen the promotion of rural tourism.Third,when developing rural tourism,all areas of Jingmen should pay attention to the protection of the local ecological environment,observe the ecological red line,and adhere to the concept of green mountains and green mountains as the golden mountain and the principle of sustainable development.Finally,this article believes that Jingmen should pay attention to the protective use of local folk culture and intangible cultural heritage resources,and give full play to the value of cultural resources in rural tourism.
