Research On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Gansu Province Under The Background Of Consumption Structure Upgrading

With the development of economy,China's resident consumption structure is constantly upgrading,which is not only reflected in the quantity,but also reflected in the pursuit of new consumption and commodity quality.However,there is a mismatch between supply and demand in China's economic development,which is more reflected in the lack of effective supply.In the new normal of the economy,we should give full play to the leading role of consumption,promote coordinated development of production and consumption,and jointly promote high-quality economic development.For Gansu province,on the one hand,the consumption upgrading trend of urban and rural residents is obvious,on the other hand,the unreasonable industrial structure,etc problems still exist,and in order to promote the rapid and sound development of economy in Gansu province,Gansu province should better grasp the leading role of consumption in economic growth,promote supply-side structural reform,optimize resource allocation based on demand,and realize optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper firstly reviews the existing domestic and foreign consumption structure upgrading and industrial structure optimization and upgrading related research,by expounding Marxist political economy,western economics,socialist political economy with Chinesecharacteristics and the guiding significance of this paper,systematically discusses the relationship between consumption structure and industrial structure as well as the influencing mechanism,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper;Secondly,it analyzes the consumption status of urban and rural residents and industrial development status in Gansu province,and measures the degree of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu province.The calculation results show that from 2008 to 2017,the industrial structure of Gansu province has developed to a certain extent,but the degree of non-rationalization is still high.By constructing the index system of consumption structure upgrading and industrial structure optimization upgrading,the entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each related index,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the development index of the two and the development degree,coupling degree and coordination degree between consumption structure upgrading and industrial structure optimization and upgrading,the research results show that:(1)the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu province since 2015 began to lag behind the consumption structure optimization index,(2)the development of the two degree rise year by year,(3)a high level of coupling,(4)coordination degree is also rising and starting in 2016 entered the stage of good coordination,but there are still certaindevelopment space,and to focus on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;Finally,based on the previous research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Gansu province based on the consumer demand.
