Influence Of China's Consumption Structure And Industrial Structure Upgrade Economic Development

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development level has been continuously improved,and the total amount is very considerable.However,in recent years,the speed of China's national economic development has gradually slowed down,and the economic growth rate is around 7%.Especially during the reform of the supply-side structure,the pressure of economic development has increased sharply,and the situation is not optimistic.In this context,it is necessary to change the past development mode of over-reliance on investment and export-led economy,and instead focus on consumption and comprehensively promote the upgrading of consumption structure.From the perspective of national economic development,the quality of life of residents has been greatly improved,and the demand preferences of the public have also changed,bringing about the upgrading of the concept of national consumption,gradually shifting from food and clothing to entertainment consumption.Social investment and national consumption are echoing each other.The transformation of the consumption structure has promoted the upgrading of the investment structure and thus promoted economic growth.On the other hand,the proportion of the output value of the primary and secondary industries in GDP has gradually declined,and the role of the tertiary industry has significantly enhanced the role of the economy,especially the service.The development of the industry has fully satisfied the needs of the people,and the needs of the people have in turn broadened the development of the service industry,driving the development of the tertiary industry and triggering consumption upgrades.This paper uses the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to theoretically explore the impact of consumption structure upgrading on economic development,and then uses co-integration analysis and Granger causality test to study the interaction between consumption structure upgrading and economic development.Finally,a fixed utility model is established to quantitatively analyze the impact of urban residents' consumption structure upgrading on China's economic development.The study finds that the upgrading of the consumption structure of urban residents in China can promote economic growth through various channels.When the proportion of consumer goods and industrial consumer goods in theservice industry is used to measure the upgrading of consumption structure,the upgrading of consumption structure can promote economic growth;for the three regions of East,Central and West.It is said that even if the same variable is used to measure the consumption structure upgrade,the impact of the consumption structure upgrade on economic growth will be different.
