Judging from the current development trend of manufacturing industry at home and abroad,a new round of changes in manufacturing industry is reshaping the competitive pattern of the world’s manufacturing industry.In today’s era of scientific and technological revolution featuring high technology,networking and informatization,"sustainable development capability" is related to the life cycle and survival of an enterprise.A good "sustainable development ability" can build a century-old enterprise,and the comprehensive efficiency of human resources at the grass-roots level of the enterprise is the basis of all competitiveness,is the output source of high-quality products of the enterprise.Therefore,it is imperative for manufacturing enterprises to start from the root and transform from the root to analyze the influence of front-line technical workers on enterprise efficiency.The research takes representative manufacturing enterprises such as HFJ company as the research background and entry point.Transform practical problems in management into theoretical research,and find a set of theories suitable for the management of dispatched workers in the manufacturing industry.Dispatched workers as the research object,research to manufacturing with participatory management and organizational effectiveness as the independent variable and dependent variable,and introducing insider identity cognition the intermediary variable,put forward the manufacturing dispatched workers participatory management research topic of the impact of organizational effectiveness,and the new odd jobs and economic perspective on the solution of the problem,to the new diversified forms of employment as the goal,set up dispatched workers participatory management new pattern.By collecting information from the research subjects through questionnaires,and conducted in-depth interviews with 12 manufacturing managers and dispatched workers,and conducted a preliminary survey of 361 research subjects to correct the questionnaires.Finally issued a formal questionnaire 419,after screening the effective questionnaire 384,empirical analysis with the help of SPSS22 for statistics,letter validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to discuss participatory management influence on organizational effectiveness,this article research conclusion:(1)the participatory management has a positive influence on organizational effectiveness;(2)participatory management has a significant positive effect on insider identity recognition;(3)insider identity cognition has a significant positive effect on organizational effectiveness;(4)insider identity cognition plays a mediating role in the impact of participatory management on organizational effectiveness.The hypothesis proves that enterprises can effectively improve the organizational efficiency of dispatched workers through participatory management.Based on the conclusion of empirical research,the following management policy implications are obtained:(1)to establish an integrated management mechanism and form a systematic and information-based operation mode;(2)establish a reasonable proposal adoption mechanism,guide the dispatched workers to participate in the management;(3)establish a reasonable incentive mechanism,change its insider’s identity perception,and stimulate the dispatched workers’ work enthusiasm and organizational effectiveness.
