Employee engagement is the traditional virtue of China and lots of outstanding mangers attach importance to it.New enployees with professional theoretical knowledge and creative spirit are the blood of enterprises.It is significant for the innovation and development of enterprises to improve the new enployees' engagement.Based on this,this article from the perspective of new employees' perceived insider status,study on the influence mechanism of perceived insider status on engagement,and introduce psychological capital as mediator variable.After the study of the existing literature on perceived insider status,psychological capital and engagement.According to the individual characteristics influences the individual attitude,and then influences the individual behavior.This paper constructs the relationship model of perceived insider status,psychological capital and engagement,then put forward the hypothesis.By drawing on domestic and foreign mature scale,the initial questionnaire was prepared.We use a small scale pre research to correct and form the formal questionnaire.This article focuses on the subject of new employees who begin to work within 3 years.Finally,278 valid questionnaires were collected.Through empirical analysis,the research hypothesis is well verified,and the conclusion is drawn.The conclusions of this study are mainly include:(1)perceived insider status can affect new employee engagement;(2)psychological capital can affect new employee engagement;(3)perceived insider status can affect new employee engagement;(4)psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between perceived insider status and new employee engagement.At the end of the paper,we propose the countermeasure and suggestion to strengthen new employee engagement,making the research be effectively applied to the practice of enterprise management.
