In an increasingly complex and ever-changing organizational environment,in order to be invincible in the fierce competition,talents are always a more important factor.Knowledge-workers generally have the qualifications,skills or richness required for organizational development and innovation.Work experience is part of the core competitiveness of the organization.They are scarce resources.Any organization must pay attention to them and ensure the rational use of human resources.In addition,it is difficult for managers to timely understand and respond to all the problems.Organizations are increasingly relying on constructive opinions provided by knowledge workers with relevant qualifications,skills or work experience to cope with severe challenges.Therefore,employees must be encouraged to make suggestions to the organization.Because the voice behavior of making words is often the first step in the organization's advancement and innovation.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of knowledge workers perceived insider status on the behavior of the proposed language,and introduce organizational support as a moderator variable.In this study,an electronic questionnaire was distributed through the network,and222 valid questionnaires were discarded after the invalid questionnaire was removed,and the data was analyzed based on this.Using SPSS21.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of knowledge-based employees' insider status perception,voice behavior,and organizational support for three scales,then Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the correlation of each variable and then further regression analysis to verify the variables Causal relationship.After empirical analysis,it is found that:(1)Knowledge-based employees' insider status-aware variables have a positive correlation with employee behavioral variables.And the results of regression analysis show that knowledge-based employees' insider status perception positively affects employees' behavior.(2)Organizational support has a positive correlation with the voice behavior,and the work support dimension,value identification dimension and interest dimension of the organization support are positively related to the suggestion behavior.And the regression results show that the work support dimension and the interest dimension of interest bothpositively affect the employee's suggestion behavior,while the value identity dimension has no influence on the voice behavior.(3)Organizational support has a regulating effect on the correlation between insider's status perception and voice behavior,and the relationship between the work support dimension and the interest dimension of the organization support positive adjustment.The value identity dimension has no adjustment effect on the relationship between the two.Based on the conclusions,the following management suggestions are proposed:First,strengthen employee care,enable knowledge workers to participate in enterprise management extensively,and enhance knowledge workers' perception of their internal identity;secondly,provide a good working environment and provide employees with a good office environment.And the necessary funds,equipment and personnel support;the third to establish a fair and equitable salary and promotion system,so that employees know that pay is rewarded,increase their organizational behavior;fourth,to stimulate employee initiative,and strive to cultivate the staff's master spirit.Finally,the summary is insufficient to look to the future.
