Research On Security Governance Model Of Foreign Dairy Supply Chain

The dairy industry is an important industry for the national economy and people's livelihood,and an industry that strengthens the nutrition and health of the Chinese nation.With the general improvement of people's living standards,more and more people's attention to dairy products has gradually shifted from "quantity" to "quality",and the safety of the dairy supply chain has also become the focus of attention of the people.At present,my country is in the process of changing from government supervision to social governance,and the security governance model of the dairy supply chain has not undergone a fundamental change.The governance model affects the governance efficiency to a certain extent,and is of great significance to the research on the security governance model of the dairy supply chain.This article takes the dairy supply chain security governance model of developed countries as a case study to study the formation path of the factor combination of the dairy supply chain security governance model.First of all,through combing the relevant literature on the dairy supply chain security governance model and introducing the dairy supply chain security governance experience of the United States,Germany,and Japan,as well as China's dairy supply chain security governance practices,and at the same time,the dairy supply chain security governance model Classify and construct the model of influencing factors of the security governance model of the dairy supply chain.Secondly,taking 18 developed countries as samples,using the qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA)to analyze the formation path of the factors affecting the security governance model of the dairy supply chain.Finally,according to the results of the operation of fs QCA3.0,the factor combination of the governance model is analyzed and conclusions are drawn as well as the enlightenment for China's dairy safety governance.The conclusions drawn in this article through the qualitative comparative analysis method(QCA)analysis include:(1)The choice of the security governance model of the dairy supply chain does not depend on a single factor,but is the result of multiple factors;(2)The source of the legal system Countries with a civil law system,a low degree of economicfreedom and the use of public credit or a legal system derived from the law of the sea,a country with low economic freedom and public credit are more inclined to adopt a public governance model;(3)the origin of the legal system In the law of the sea,the degree of economic freedom is completely free or relatively free,and the market-based credit investigation is more inclined to the private governance model;(4)The core condition of the public governance model is the combination of public credit investigation and a lower degree of economic freedom or public taxation The letter and law system originated from the combination of the continental law system;(5)The core condition of the private governance model is the combination of market-oriented credit investigation and the maritime law system.
