Abstract/Summary:
As a new driving force to promote scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,artificial intelligence has become a new focus of regional collaborative innovation and development.Jing-Jin-Ji are rich in artificial intelligence industry resources.They have unique advantages in the coordinated development of artificial intelligence industry.At present,they have become one of the head areas of the coordinated development of artificial intelligence.However,because the collaborative innovation model of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence is still in the development stage,and there are many influencing factors of various participants in the artificial intelligence industry chain,the interest relationship is difficult to coordinate,and its innovation effect was once poor.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the development path of promoting the collaborative innovation of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry,analyze the main influencing factors affecting the collaborative innovation alliance strategy of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry,and reveal the reasons for the little effectiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry subsidies,so as to promote the collaborative innovation development of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry.Taking the Jing-Jin-Ji AI industry collaborative innovation system as the research object,this paper analyzes the existing organizational model of industrial collaborative innovation,and uses the theories of evolutionary game,utility analysis and policy simulation to build a game model in line with the greatest interests of all actors based on the analysis of the game relationship between Beijing AI enterprises and Jin-Ji AI enterprises,Further consider the problem of government regulation,build a tripartite evolutionary game model,and reveal the dynamic evolution law of participants’ strategies through simulation verification and sensitivity analysis.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Summary of research results,description of development process and definition of concept connotation of collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji.According to the bibliometric theory and method,this paper makes a bibliometric visual analysis on the development trend and research hotspots in the field of collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry by using Cite Space software,summarizes the driving factors of collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji,and explores the influence mechanism and action mechanism of collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji according to industrial collaborative innovation and policy simulation.2.Consider the impact of government regulation on the collaborative innovation development of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji.Firstly,this paper analyzes the utility benefits of Beijing artificial intelligence enterprises and Jin-Ji artificial intelligence enterprises,and constructs an evolutionary game model between them.By comparing the evolution and stability conditions under different conditions,this paper expounds the influence mechanism of collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji,so as to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji.Then it introduces the conditions of government policy support and resource supply,constructs the evolutionary game model between Beijing enterprises,Jin-Ji enterprises and the government,compares the evolutionary stability conditions under different conditions,designs reasonable and effective government regulation strategies,guides Beijing enterprises and Jin-Ji enterprises to carry out collaborative innovation,and provides the best strategy for the development of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence enterprises.3.The m-ABM simulation model is constructed based on Netlogo simulation platform,and the effectiveness of the strategy selection of the participants in the collaborative innovation of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry is tested by adjusting the parameter assignment of the evolutionary game model;Python software is used to simulate the impact of sensitivity parameters on the collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence industry in Jing-Jin-Ji.The research shows that a reasonably designed government regulation strategy can significantly affect the willingness of collaborative innovation of Beijing enterprises and Jin-Ji enterprises,and promote the development of collaborative innovation of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry.When the government’s subsidy coefficient for collaborative innovation of Jin-Ji enterprises is small,Tianjin and Hebei enterprises choose not to collaborative innovation;When the subsidy coefficient is too large,Jin-Ji enterprises will actively carry out collaborative innovation,but the government cannot actively regulate the collaborative innovation of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry due to excessive expenditure,resulting in the evolution of Beijing enterprises in the direction of non-collaborative innovation.When the government’s punishment coefficient and constraint coefficient for Beijing enterprises and Jin-Ji enterprises are greater,it is more conducive for Beijing enterprises and Jin-Ji enterprises to evolve in the direction of collaborative innovation;When the government’s support coefficient for Beijing enterprises carrying out collaborative innovation is appropriate,Beijing enterprises evolve towards collaborative innovation,and Jin-Ji enterprises choose collaborative innovation.At this time,the lack of collaborative innovation in Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry can be improved,which can effectively promote the rapid development of Jing-Jin-Ji artificial intelligence industry.
