Study On Ecological Ethics Of Circular Economy

Economy and ethics are related,and each economic model has its own ethical foundation and is bound by the ethics.Once the economy breaks away from ethical constraints,it will inevitably produce various natural and social problems,and endanger the economy itself.In the late 1990 s,China began to develop the circular economy.After nearly two decades of practice,it has achieved certain results.However,due to the disadvantages of institutional and other reasons,human beings have not received the moral concepts.There are still many problems,such as government decision-making,the production and operation of enterprise,citizen consumption and so on.Mankind has not formed the broad consciousness of using ecological ethics to guide the circular economy,and can not adapt to the strategic requirements of sustainable development.Therefore,it is imperative to construct corresponding ecological ethics norms aimed at the ecological ethics problems existing in the development process of circular economy.The thesis is mainly discussed from the following aspects: The first chapter is Introduction,which mainly discusses the purpose and significance of the research,the current status of research at home and abroad,the research thought and methods and the article innovation.The second chapter is an overview of circular economy and ecological ethics.It mainly reveals the inherent relationship between the two through the connotation and content of ecological ethics,the emergence and development of circular economy,which clarifies the ecological ethics contained in circular economy.Specifically,The circular economy contains ecological ethics such as respecting the value and rights of nature,advocating the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and emphasizing human moral responsibility for nature.It can be said that ecological ethics is the ethical basis of circular economy and circular economy is a form of practice of ecological ethics.The third chapter is about the ecological ethics problems existing in the development of China’s circular economy,which are classified,analyzed and discussed from the three main levels: government,enterprise and individual.For government,there are some problems such as macro policies,laws and governance systems and mechanisms in the process of promoting the development of the circular economy;For enterprises,there are some ecological ethics issues exposed from the production and operation in the development of the circular economy;For individual,there are some ecological ethics problems which appears in the life consumption behavior.The fourth chapter is mainly about the measures of constructing the ecological ethics of circular economy.It proposes solutions and approaches one by one for thethree levels of ecological ethics issues of government,enterprises and individuals revealed in the third chapter.The government--decision making and implementation of ecology,the enterprise--fulfilling environmental responsibility and the production and operation of ecology,the individual--enhancing ecological awareness and lifestyle ecology.It is hoped that we can contribute a small amount of power to the development of circular economy and the relevant research on circular economy in China through the research in this article.
