In the process of economicenergy-consuming and high environmental, ecological costs, making the shortage of resources,environmental pollution and ecological deterioration caused serious problems, such as thesurvival of pressure on the environment, sustainable development has become a bottleneck.China's urgent need is to find a new model of economic development to change the situation,getting rid of the economic and social sustainable development predicament. The circulation economy isone kind of environment friendly new economic development pattern, it may cause theeconomy to obtain the development in the low resources consumption foundation, and will notgive the ecology and the environment creates the unrecoverable destruction, may achieve theeconomical, social, and environment coordinated development finally.
