Research On The Management And Practice Of National Park On The Base Of Tourism Ecology Ethics

Because of its base on natural and cultural resources,tourism industry has a wide range of dependence on natural resources,meanwhile,as an open industry,it easily causes effect and damage to natural ecological environment.Tourism ecological ethics is a set of ideas and behavioral norms that has been formed from the tourism industry’s practice of dealing with environmental problems,and by which the human behavior and man-nature relationship are influenced.In this paper,the basic theory,connotation,frame structure and main contents of tourism ecological ethics are studied theoretically,and some empirical studies are conducted along with the ecological ethics system of American national park,the ecological ethics construction of Chinese national park and that of Yunnan national park as well,and a conclusion is obtained in the end.The main contents of this paper are constructed as follows:1.Constructing tourism ecological ethics research framework.The basic framework of tourism ecological ethics research consists of three basic parts: human-nature and human-human relationship,as well as the application of these two basic relations in practice——the construction and management of ecological ethics in national parks.On this basis,the basic issue of these three aspects are explained in detail in this part,and natural value and rights are argued from the perspective of human-nature relationship,in addition,the path of environmental law and behavior norms for achieving tourism ecological rights is constructed.2.Analyzing tourism ecological ethics in the construction of national parks.First of all,this part conducts a study of American national park system which is on the base of wilderness ethics,and it shows that the idea of wilderness heavily influencing American national parks’ tourism industry,tourists,zoning and ecological management respectively.Secondly,it studies the ecological ethics system of Chinese national parks,and puts forward the combination of the ecological ethics system of Chinese national parks and that of foreign countries as to form the endogenous ecological park management system of China.Finally,it proposes the management principles of China’s national parks.3.Analyzing the construction of local ecological ethics in Yunnan’s practice as well as its influence on national parks’ management.Three typical national parks in Yunnan Province were selected for analysis in this part,and they are Pudacuo National Park,Xishuangbanna National Park and Dashanbao National Park.The ecological and ethical model of ecological ethics in Yunnan National Park is different.Pudacao National Park is an eco-ethical model that promotes the protection and management of national parks with the traditional ecological wisdom of the community;Xishuangbanna National Park is built through ecological compensation to solve the conflict between human and wild elephants;Dashanbao National Park is a model of the common development of community and national parks on the base of the construction of human-crane eco-ethical model.The three kinds of ecological ethics models have certain practicality and reference significance,which can provide a good reference for the construction of ecological management and management system of China National Park in the future,and can provide ideas for the construction of ecological ethics of Chinese national parks.This paper mainly has two aspects of innovation,one is to re-understand the relationship between human and nature in tourism from the perspective of ecological ethics,to find the connotation of tourism ecological ethics,and to build the research framework of tourism eco-ethics afterwards,within which natural values,natural rights,national park management are studied respectively.The second is to study the management of national parks from the perspective of tourism ecological ethics,and to construct the basic principles and basic directions of China’s national park management by means of analyzing the empirical practice of the US National Park and that of Yunnan case.This study provides a new perspective for the study of national park management system and tourism development model,and explores the application of ecological ethics theory in tourism and national park management.At the same time,this study can promote the improvement of national park system,and make a certain reference value for the growth of China’s national parks.Tourism ecological ethics research is a cross study of tourism research and ecological ethics research.With the construction of ecological civilization,the practice of national park system and the increasing concern of tourism ecological environment,tourism ecological ethics research will become a new hot spot in tourism research.
