| With the application of the new generation of information technology represented by the Internet of things,cloud computing,5G and mobile Internet,it has led the worldwide information industry revolution and the continuous and rapid development of multi-field applications.Since the end of 1990s,developed countries have launched and carried out smart city construction activities.In November 2008,IBM came up with the concept of "Smarter Planet",which further stimulated the boom of smart city construction around the world.Since 2010,many places in China have successively put forward the development concept of "smart city" and started to build it,which has been increasingly valued by the central government and local governments at all levels.As early as 2012,Tongliao launched the "cloud smart Tongliao" project,aiming to build a unified cloud computing center at the municipal level.In 2016,Inner Mongolia autonomous region was officially approved by the state as the national big data comprehensive experimental zone,providing a rare opportunity for Tongliao to accelerate the development of big data industry and promote the construction of smart city.In recent years,Tongliao has actively implemented the new development concept,promoted high-quality development,adhered to the principle of "overall planning,resource sharing,application-oriented,pragmatic,market-oriented,safe and reliable",combined with the actual economic and social development of the city,strengthened the integration and utilization of information resources,accelerated the construction of a smart city system of "platform communication,data communication,application communication",and focused on the implementation Implement intelligent transportation,intelligent education,intelligent medical treatment,intelligent food and drug supervision,intelligent tourism,intelligent public security,intelligent safety supervision and other projects,realize information sharing and interconnection,and promote the development of urban management in the direction of grid,intelligence and humanity.At present,the city’s information construction shows a healthy and rapid development trend.This paper takes Tongliao as the research object,using literature analysis,field investigation and comparative analysis and other research methods,the wisdom of the construction of the city and its basic theory,summarized the present situation and problems of urban construction,Tongliao city’s wisdom in detail in this paper,the problems of Tongliao wisdom city construction,to analyse the causes of problems,and puts forward appropriate Tongliao location advantage,the urban orientation and the wisdom of the actual economic and social development countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of city.The research of this paper not only provides theoretical basis and policy reference for further promoting the construction of smart city in Tongliao,and provides intellectual support for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of urban development in Tongliao,but also tries to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of smart city in small and medium-sized cities in other places. |
