A Review Of Corporate Social Responsibility Philosophy

Corporate social responsibility is an important proposition of the times.Firstly,this paper defines the meaning and characteristics of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of social division of labor.In addition,according to the different contents and objects of responsibility,the corporate social responsibility is divided,and the ideological basis of corporate social responsibility is explored from three different perspectives.Through the comparative analysis of the stages and spaces of the development of corporate social responsibility,this paper analyzes the specific factors that promote the development of corporate social responsibility,that is,productivity factors,political correlation factors,cultural factors and internal factors of the enterprise.These factors work together to promote the development of corporate social responsibility,that is,social development is the fundamental driving force to promote the development of corporate social responsibility.Finally,from the perspective of value,this paper analyzes the social responsibility of enterprises,which is reflected in the goodness of promoting enterprise development,the scientificity of business strategy and the overall promotion of enterprise value;the value of society is reflected in the economic development,environmental development and moral development of society;the value of human is reflected in the material and spiritual development needs of human beings The satisfaction of.Only when we fully realize the value of corporate social responsibility,can the enterprise really undertake the corporate social responsibility that should be undertaken.
