Research On Agricultural Insurance Products In Henan Province

In the rural financial system,agricultural insurance is one of the most important links.The role of agricultural insurance in agricultural economic compensation,rural financing,and rural social management is very obvious.It also has a great role in promoting rural economic development and social stability.Great boosting effect.To a certain extent,agricultural insurance plays an increasingly important role in the macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economy,and is also a key link to improve people's livelihood and improve people's living standards.Therefore,strengthening the emphasis on agricultural insurance is an important and necessary measure to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas.In the history of my country's development,agricultural insurance began to formally rise in the 1980 s,but it fell into a low point of development in the 1990 s.It was not until the 21 st century that it officially began to flourish.Since 2003,it was clearly stated in the report of the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party,and the "exploration of policy-oriented agricultural insurance system" was included in the report,which officially started the process of rapid development of agricultural insurance in my country.From 2004 to 2019,16 consecutive "No.1 Documents" on agricultural and rural development have provided policy guidance for the development of agricultural insurance,and put forward clear measures for the development of agricultural insurance.These policies and measures are all based on China's actual national conditions,and point out the direction and main points of the development of China's agricultural insurance.Therefore,they have a great guiding role in the development of agricultural insurance.The agricultural industry in Henan Province plays an important role in the province and even the national economy.Agricultural production is very sensitive to natural disasters.Frequent natural disasters not only have a very adverse impact on the economic income of rural residents,but also become the process of agricultural modernization in the province.The obstacles in this study include: Theoretical discussion on the realities and problems in the agricultural insurance field in Henan Province,to form feasible solutions and strategies,and to promote the stability of agricultural insurance in the province on this basis Development,meet market needs,and improve the level of risk prevention in the agricultural field.Based on the analysis of the experience and lessons in the development of agricultural insurance,a new development model is established to provide relevant theoretical support for the realization of agricultural modernization.This study is divided into six chapters.First of all,in the introduction,the time background and significance of this study are described in detail.Through the collation and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,specific research methods are proposed.In the second chapter,an overview of agricultural insurance products,and a detailed description of its main types and related theories.In the third chapter,Henan Province is taken as a concrete example to analyze the actual development of local agricultural insurance and the main factors affecting its development.The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems that restrict its development.Chapter 5 provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for further promoting the development of agricultural insurance products in Henan.The last chapter points out the shortcomings in this study and provides some suggestions for future research.
